1. How to find a Solutionist?

 

To find a Solutionist is easy. Just follow the following steps:

 

  • Type in the keyword in the search panel at the Dashboard. 
  • Use the filter to shortlist the Solutionists
  • Once you’ve found the Solutionist you’d like to work with, click on the Solutionist’s profile
  • Click on the Solutionist’s service listing and click Contact Solutionist

 

2. How does Solution Seeker’s confidentiality is maintained?

 

All Solutionists who registered with RICH agrees to treat any information received from Solution Seekers as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. Solutionists specifically agree to maintain all such information in strict confidence; not disclose the information to any third parties; not use the information for any purpose except for delivering the ordered work; and not to copy or reproduce any of the information without the Solution Seeker’s permission.

 

3. Why my offer from Solutionist turns expired?

 

Every offer has a validity period up to 72 hours. If Solution Seekers fail to accept the offer after 72 hours, the offer will automatically cancel. 

 

4. What should I do when offer turns expired?

 

If the Solution Seeker would like to continue with the transaction, Solution Seeker can request the Solutionist to resend the offer.

 

5. Do I pay the Solutionist direct? 

 

Solution Seeker pays RICH once accepted the customised offer. For your own safety, do not pay Solutionist directly using any method other than through RICH Order Details page. The whole process of engagement between Solutionists and Solution Seekers should be performed on the Platform. Users who engage and communicate off of the Platform will not be protected by our Terms of Service.

 

6. Will Solution Seeker be charged a service fee?

 

For every successful transaction on RICH, Solution Seekers will be charged a service fee of 5% on the total Order. RICH may from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion, revise, waive, reduce or rebate any part of the service fees with respect to any User.

 

7. What payment methods available in RICH?

 

Payment method accepted by RICH, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, Alipay, and Grabpay.

 

8. Can order be cancelled once the order is accepted and will I get back my refund?

 

Solution Seeker may only cancel his/her Order while an order is marked as “Active Job” or “Late Job” and ask for refund in respect of the purchased Service in the event of: (a) late delivery of the Service; or (b) the Service rendered was not as described in the Order.

 

We encourage our Solution Seekers and Solutionists to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves before request for order cancellation. Please refer to Terms of Service for more details.

 

9. How long would it take for my refund to be processed?

 

All request for order cancellation that have been successful will be initiated within 24 hours. The refund process will take 7 – 14 workings days depend on the payment method used to pay for the order. 

 

10. Why review is necessary?

 

Feedback reviews provided by Solution Seekers while completing an Order are an essential part of the Platform’s rating system. Reviews demonstrate the Solution Seeker's overall experience with the Solutionists and their Service. Solution Seekers are encouraged to communicate to the Solutionist any concerns experienced during their active order with regards to the Service provided by the Solutionist.
