1. How do I start selling as Solutionist?

 

Once you have created your account, you will need to complete your personal information in Profile page. It is mandatory to upload a photo of IC that clearly shows your name, IC number, address and photo for verification purposes.

 

Upon account successfully verified, you may proceed to create your service by clicking Create a New Service in Dashboard.

 

2. What solutions can I offer as a RICH Solutionist?

 

We believe everyone is unique and has something within their skillset to offer in RICH platform. Browse our various job categories, see where your skills fit in and decide what you want to offer. 

 

3. Will I be charged any fees for listing my service on RICH platform?

 

Listing of service on RICH platform is FREE! For every successful transaction, the Solutionist will be charged a transaction fee at a flat rate of 10% on the total earnings. This is to allow us keeping up with continually evolving technology and features enhancement in order to provide seamless experience to all Solutionists.

 

4. How much can I charge for the service I offer?

 

RICH aims to provide a platform with fair treatment and to protect both Solutionists & Solution Seekers. Hence, pricing guideline for different levels as reference below:

5. How do I check my orders and status?

 

All orders status is shown in My Client Orders page

 

6. How do I get paid?

 

You are required to complete the bank details at Profile page under Bank Details tab in order to receive your monthly payout. 

 

RICH will pay out a Solutionist’s earnings via the payout method indicated by the Solutionist to RICH in accordance with the following schedule:

Date on which Order is marked “Complete”

Date of payout

1st to 15th of the month

28th of the same month

16th to the end of the month

14th of the following month

 

RICH reserves the right to amend the schedule for payments as set out above in its absolute discretion.

7. How many levels of Solutionist are there in RICH platform?

 

There will be 5 levels of Solutionist. They are:

  • Solutionist
  • Solutionist II
  • Solutionist Specialist
  • Solutionist Expert
  • Solutionist Entrepreneur

 

There are a few requirements you’ll need to meet in order to reach every level:

8. Why not all levels allow to offer multiple services?

 

Different levels were built with different purpose in mind. The primary focus for the new Solutionist is to gain the skill and experience needed to achieve long-term success before moving on to higher level.

 

RICH platform allows Solutionists to level up based on their performance and jobs completed. Advanced levels provide the Solutionists with benefits, including offering services for higher prices through higher level, services offer in multiples and option to open for hiring as a choice.

 

9. Can Solutionist share out Solution Seeker’s project to public?

 

Solutionists must at all time to protect all the confidential information provided by Solution Seekers from unauthorized use and disclosure. Please refer to Terms of Service for more details.

 

10. How can I request for extension on due date?

 

Solutionist can request for extension on due date at Order Details Page by clicking Exception Request.Request will then send to client for approval.

 

11. What if the delivery is rejected by Solution Seeker (Client)?

 

Solutionist can review the reason of rejection and seek further clarifications from client in Order Details Page under Requirement tab. Solutionist may upload the file again under Delivery tab once revision is done.
