1. What is RICH?

 

RICH is an online marketplace that connect individuals with specialist skills and businesses for short term collaboration to meet work demands that can be undertaken remotely and deliver digitally.

 

2. Why do I need to use RICH Platform?

 

To Solutionist – use as a testbed to hone your skills and build credential

 

To Solution Seeker – offers an agile and cost-effective solution to fuel business growth

 

3. Can I be a Solutionist and Solution Seeker at the same time?

 

Yes. 

 

4. What is Solutionist?

 

Solutionist is User who offer and perform Services.

 

5. What is Solution Seeker?

 

Solution Seeker is User who purchase Services.

 

6. Who can join as Solutionist?

 

Solutionist is open to all individuals aged 18 and above who possess entrepreneur mindset that look for high level of flexibility and self-direct work. 

 

Note: Currently only Citizen or PR of Singapore and Malaysia can register as Solutionist

 

7. Is there any age limit to be a Solutionist?

 

Minimum age at the point of registration is 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the consent of and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian who shall be responsible for all your activities.

 

8. How do I get started using RICH platform? 

 

Registration with RICH platform is FREE, and you may sign up using your email. Before you proceed to create your account, you need to choose whether you are “To look for Solutionist” or “To be a Solutionist Entrepreneur”.

 

To create an account:

From the RICH homepage, click Get Started or Join.

 

  • Create your Username
  • Enter your First Name & Last Name
  • Enter your Email address
  • Create your own password
  • Select whether you want “To look for Solutionist” or “To be a Solutionist Entrepreneur”
  • and click Create Account

 

Note: 

  • Your username cannot be changed once you've created your account.
  • Your username is your display name (within RICH URL), so choose it wisely.  

 

You are now a registered user on RICH platform. An email will be sent to you to verify your account.

 

Within the email you receive from RICH, click Verify Email Address.

 

9. Can I change my username?

 

No. Your username is your unique identity on RICH platform, and it cannot be changed. 

 

10. How do I change my password?

 

You may change your password in your Profile page.

 

11. Is RICH a secured platform?

 

We use a secure communication protocol that protects the integrity and confidentiality of data between a User’s computer and the Platform. This encryption means data is protected while it is being transferred over the internet. Please refer to Terms of Service for more details.

 

12. How many times of revision a Solution Seeker entitles?

 

Each Solution Seeker and Solutionist shall mutually agree on the number of revisions or amendments that the Solution Seeker may request in connection with a particular Service listed.  Once agreed, the Solution Seeker shall have the right to request the Solutionist to make revisions or amendments up to the number agreed upon and the Solutionist shall not have a right to seek for any additional payment for such number of revisions or amendments.

 

13. What is the file type allow to upload?

 

We allow file format .zip, .rar, .7z for storage optimization purpose.

 

14. What is the maximum file size I can upload?

 

For delivery of order is allowed up to 1GB file size per upload.

 

For order requirements upload is allowed up to 500MB file size per upload.

 

Note: Every subsequent file upload will substitute the earlier file uploaded. Therefore, please ensure to save a copy of the file to avoid losing important files.

 

15. What if I want to upload bigger file size?

 

We do understand it might be frustrating when the file unable to upload. You may email to us for your request at techsupport@rr-asia.com

 

16. Who can write review?

 

Both Solutionists and Solution Seekers are encouraged to write a review after every job is completed. Cancelled order before due date is not required to write a review.

 

17. How to dispute an order?

 

In the event that a problem arises in a transaction, the Solution Seeker and Solutionist agree to communicate with each other first to attempt to resolve such dispute by mutual discussions, which RICH shall use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate. Please refer to Terms of Service for more details.

 

18. What happened when the job delivered after due date?

 

Job delivered after due date is deemed as late job. Solutionists required to meet the delivery time based on the customised offer to the Solution Seeker. Failing to do so will allow the Solution Seeker to cancel the order and may harm the Solutionist's ratings.
